Help Reopen Cutteslowe Greenhouses

Where People and Plants Grow Together

We are growing a thriving community space where people connect with nature, food, and each other — building wellbeing, resilience, and belonging for generations to come.

With a 25-year lease securing its long-term future, we're committed to making it safe, accessible, and ready for community use by late Spring 2026.

Help Us Bring Cutteslowe's Greenhouses Back to Life

Local volunteers are working hard to restore the Cutteslowe Greenhouses into an open, accessible and thriving community growing hub.

We're so close. With £32,000 still to raise, we're asking the community to help us get over the finish line and open the doors in late spring. The greenhouses and outdoor space need essential repairs to make them safe and welcoming, and every donation goes directly towards making that happen.

Imagine a space where you can drop in, get your hands in the soil, meet your neighbours, and feel part of something growing. That's what we're building, and with your help, it could be open very soon.

Please donate and help us bring the greenhouses back to the community.

After four years of sitting empty, work is now underway to restore the greenhouse site. Already, more than 100 volunteers have rolled up their sleeves to help clear the site ahead of major restoration work this autumn — and the energy has been incredible. But we still need more helping hands and significant financial support to get there.

There are lots of ways to get involved.
